Voice messages are delivered to the subsciber's email or to the departmental email
address.
Set up your voice mailbox
If you are a first time user, you will need to contact Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu for the set-up password.
Press the envelope button on your phone to go through the set-up tutorial to
- Change your password.
- Record your greeting.
- Record your name.
Listen to the entire prompt for each step.
Logging in

- Dial 6-5888 or press the [Voicemail] button.
- The system will ask for a password. Enter your password and then #.

- Dial 6-5888.
- If the system asks for your password: Press * and enter the 5-digit mailbox number you want to access.
- If the system does not ask for your password: Press # and the 5-digit mailbox number you want to access.
- The system will ask for a password. Enter your password and then #.

- Dial 417-836-5888.
- If the system asks for your password: Press * and enter the 5-digit mailbox number you want to access.
- If the system does not ask for your password: Press # and the 5-digit mailbox number you want to access.
- The system will ask for a password. Enter your password and then #.
