Report an Employee Telephone Move

 

Under the Ray Baum Act telephone users are required to report their location to ensure E911 dispatchers know where callers are. 

Missouri State faculty and staff should use this service to report employee phone location changes. Please note that telephones and telephone numbers cannot be moved from one department to another department.

Only submit one Phone Move Request per form. If you have any questions, send an email to Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu.

Include a name for your request (e.g. Employee phone move in Bldg, Room)

Enter the FOAP to be billed for the telephone move.
