Ordering Services and Technical Support

Departments are  encouraged to give as much lead time as possible when ordering services.

To request an estimate of the total monthly recurring charges and non-recurring charges for a service, please contact Telecommunications.

All requests for telecommunications and data network services, including installation, moves or disconnection,  must be submitted by email to Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu.

For technical support  with telephone repairs, Workplace application or network data jack issues or data connection information.
