Avaya Workplace is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) that allows employees to connect to  the University's phone system and make and recieve calls from their extension using a computer or smartphone.

Departments needing incoming toll free service (i.e., 800; 866; 877; 888) should contact Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu. The department is responsible for installation charges and for per minute usage on the toll free number.
