Avaya Workplace

Avaya Workplace is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) that allows employees to connect to the University's phone system and make and recieve calls from their extension using a computer or smartphone.

Avaya Workplace Software: please follow the installation and configuration instructions carefully. You must contact Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu to have the software programmed or it will not work.

The University telephone system provides a number of standard features. Standard features are system-wide features and may be accessed by most campus phones.
Voice messages are delivered to the subsciber's email or to the departmental email address.
