Only submit one Service Request per project. This will help ensure that you are not charged for multiple on-site visits. If you have multiple items related to the request send a document that includes those items to Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu, and Telecommunications will be in touch to discuss the work order.

For data and telephone work, please email a room layout with the desired location of equipment and/or service to Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu.

When submitting additonal documents or a room layout, please indicate that they go with the online Telecommuications Service Request submission and include the subject line information from your request.
