Directed Call Pick Up

Directed Call Pick Up allows you to answer a specific ringing extension even if the phone is not in your call pick up group. Contact Telecommunications@MissouriState.edu to have this progammed.

To pick up a specific ringing extension outside your call pick up group

1. Dial #8.
2. Enter the 5-digit extension of the ringing phone.
