Telecommunication Services' mission is to provide voice service, facility cable, and data communications service involving land line and wireless transmission (excluding terminal equipment and computers), and related communications to the campus in a prompt, efficient, and economical manner.  Telecommunication Services administers the acquisition, installation, maintenance of voice communication equipment, and provides switchboard and campus directory services.  The campus telephone system is an integrated voice and data Avaya 8710 Enterprise Communications Server.  Telecommunication Services, located in BLSH, Room 153, is responsible for all telecommunications services for the Springfield, West Plains, and Mt.
